Check In & Check Out

Checking In

You can check in at Gallery Cottages any time after 4.00pm on the day of your arrival. We live on site so we are normally available to hand the key over and give you a quick guided tour so that you can settle in quickly. If you are likely to be late, for whatever reason, it would be helpful to contact us and let us know your estimated time of arrival. You can phone us on 01409 241989.

If you are planning to travel here early you may not be able to access your cottage before 4.00pm as we may well still be cleaning but you can drop your luggage off and we can store it securely. The best thing to do is contact us to let us know of your plans. We are very accommodating and if you are smart you can drop your bags off, head to the beach, have a coffee or some lunch and get an extra day on your holiday!

Checking Out

Check out is 10.00am prompt on the day of your departure. It's not that we are keen to get rid of you, we would love to see you again. It is just that we have a rigorous cleaning regime and only a limited time to do it in. Incoming guests would expect their accommodation to be both ready and clean and we don't want to delay them on their arrival. Thank you for your assistance with this. We will normally pop and see you at some time prior to your departure to make sure everything has been okay for you and wish you a safe journey home.
